How does it differ from other totems?
Sportello Remoto 4.0 is not a Totem.
Its technology is designed and developed to maintain a human experience in every aspect, and, above all, to be simple and easily accessible to everyone, unlike totems which are complex and cumbersome.
What is included in monthly rental fee for Sportello Remoto?

Is it possible to customize and/or adapt the aesthetic appearance of Sportello Remoto?
It is fully customizable, except for the central block (TV and the right column with specified positions).
Can it be installed anywhere?

Is it possible to connect it to our "queue management" system or do we need to use its own?
Sportello Remoto 4.0 has its own system to optimize multiple terminals in multiple locations with a single operator and includes SMS notifications.
In case of a power outage, what happens during a session?
The system remains autonomous for about 30 minutes with its own internal UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply).
